Not enough KC, maybe I should have gone for the hard stuff or a bottle of wine... I have such a sinus headache and now it's affecting my brain (more so than normal)

ya know...red (wine) is good for the sinuses. I drank a bottle and a half the other night and had absolutely no problems breathing.
