They are all paid minimum wage
The turnover is insane
There were afew drivers that were there for almost five years with no
raise
I fought my ass off to get those drivers more money
But did not succeed
One of my drivers spent more money on gas one night than he made and
actually had to pay the store out of his pocket one night
That really sucked
Poor guy
He worked for 12 hours
Took 108 deliveries
and at the end of the night had to go to the bank to get money to pay
the store
That S#$% ain't right at all

I tip them $5.00 weather they are late or not those guys are out there
running around especialy in bad wheather. They make a lot of money if
they hustle. My friend use to bring in about $75- $100 a night before he
quit.

i TIP them ever so slightly to the right and then the left when I hang
them over the balcony....

the pizza place is around the corner
so i go walking for not to spend gas
