When talking to a woman online, how long should you communicate before meeting in person? Or how much should you know about each other?
I know everybody is different, some people can meet sooner than others.

It really does NOT matter you can talk over the phone/email for months & then when in person you'll either CLICK or NOT just keep in mind that everyone on here are NOT real spock People have to really spend time together because it's really hard to tell whoa

It's different for everyone...I say as soon as possible then the 'fantasy' time is shortened. The best time is when both of you feel comfortable with it.

My best advice would be..
When you can't stand NOT to meet,
tis the time to go for it.

Hummm ya pretty much answered your own question. For everyone is different. Myself I prefer to meet sooner then later. Due to you can talk to them though e-mails and the phone till your blue in the face. But until you actually met them you will never know.

So if they live real close I would say set up an afternoon sorta of date. Some where that is public and makes them feel comfortable. Always make the first time kind of short and not over bearing....

To me the sooner the better I don't like talking for weeks on here when they live close by. That way if they are anyone I don't want to date then we have not wasted talking for 3 weeks and then nothing...

i guess it depends both on how close you live to one another and whether or not there's some good chemistry happening.

So I'm getting that time doesn't matter, the time to meet is when you're both ready. But what about knowledge of each other.
I think it's a good idea to a little about the other person, but how much should you know to not make the first meet or first date lackluster or without communication of any kind.

Humm well ya have to leave something to talk about when you meet but keep the conversation casual not a 1000 questions. Find out about what kind of things they like to do, eat & places to go make sure they are someone your interested in before you set up a met for if not then no since in setting up that met.......

Do not make the first meet a movie..........noway

Make sure it is somewhere you can talk but out in the public and just meet them there that way both has and out if they need it...

You answered your own question.

Everyone is different. Each new girl you meet will have different comfort levels.

Use common sense and respect her feelings too.

That's sounds like some great advise I'll have to take. I would have thought the first time should be something more elaborate. But it sounds like just lunch somewhere she is comfortable with is good enough.

There is no one magic answer. Just like with everything else, it's going to depend on you and the person you're thinking about meeting.
