In all honesty the same "real americans" who are moaning and groaning and helping the republicans create yet another wedge issue will be the same ones who end up plucking the chickens after they deport the illegals. Isnt it the republican way to blame the victim anyhow? Ignore those fat cats who hire cheap illegals and deport the poor folks who will do the dirty jobs most americans are unwilling to do.

Actually, 'blame the victim' is a 'Democrat' specialty. Nice try at spin, tho' ... btw, the 'real Americans' you talk about so dismissively WILL take those jobs IF they could be OFFERED them ... that's one more thing the 'democrats' don't want happenin', 'cuz that would mean their base of ILLEGAL 'voters' wouldn't be able to make no monies to stay here illegally. I love those buzzwords like 'fat cats' from the Libtard playbook that are just sprinkled like so much coconut on the icing of the comment. The 'poor folks' who get all the 'faux simpatico' are ILLEGALLY HERE. They SHOULD be deported.
I am sure even you could get a job plucking chickens if you would agree to the brutal conditions and low pay.

Can't reply without gettin' personal, can ya ... ?

We were never able to buy featherless chicken before the illegals came?

How about landscaping? Our yards were dirt and no bushes or sidewalks?

Construction? we lived under trees before the illegals came and started building our houses?

farming.... I guess we ate the bark off the trees we lived under for food, before the illegals came and planted and picked our crops..

this must have been a really Sh*tty place to live before the illegals came to do all the work we just didn't want to do..
I have never hired an illegal and most the people I know dont hire them so who does?

If you aren't someone that hires them, then you shouldn't support illegal immigration.

I dont support illegal immigration I am against the police state type tactics used to stop it. I am sure if the laws would punish those who hire them the problemb would be solved without people being ordered to "present your papers" like at some nazi checkpoint.

When I was in the Air Force I was stationed at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque. We drove to El Paso and went to Juarez atleast once per month. Coming back on interstate 25 about 15 miles inside of New Mexico there is a checkpoint. Every single car must stop. Every single car is searched. You MUST produce identification. This was 12 years ago. I didn't hear anyone bitching about it then. What is different now?
wasnt that a border crossing?

rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl So now, I-10 is a border crossing.

You need to get out o' da' house a little bit.rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl slaphead

Ain't it amazin' how little those Northerners know about Illegals and check points.

OMG!!! We been a nazi State for many years. Wut wit checkpoints and askin' fo' identification, dogs sniffin' yer car, people taken out of their vehicles and put in handcuffs. Holy Hitler, Batman!

There is one on the border of Arizona and Ca.

All points leaving Del Rio has them from 20 miles to 50 miles out. That would make about 5 Nazi Checkpoints.

They are all set up to photo you and your license plates, coming and going.

If I hadn't been there and saw it firsthand I would have never known those things were going on. It's 24/7 365 days a year enforcement. After a weekend in El Paso driving back and hitting that checkpoint at 3 am .... what a shocking surprise..

The Nazis even have special tractor-trailer rigs that allow them to set up mobile points in a matter of just a couple hours.

They have everything a permanent station has.

It would be nice if Napolitano offered to loan Arizona a few of them.

Unfortunately, she said she wasn't in the business of enforcing Immigration Law or securing our borders.

No.. This checkpoint was a couple of miles before the intersection of Interstate 25 and 10 in Las Cruces. Its 50 miles from the Mexican border.
I live in Ohio along the shore of Lake Erie. I suppose I dont see the crime alot of the country sees or the police state tactics. I think I am sorta greatfull to live away from all that. Last time I was asked for ID was to cross the border at Niagra
Falls

Don't worry, if Ohio has any jobs to offer the Illegal, once the other states get the most of 'em chased out, you'll have plenty crime to see.

hey, fellow ohioan. I felt the same until I moved to Chula Vista, Ca with my husband who was then in the navy. WOW! what a difference. We went to Tijuana a few times(because of him and his friends) there is a pretty long line at the borders but I remember parking somewhere and WALKING through a checkpoint of some sort. Anyhow, I am going on a cruise with family later this year to Mexico, but I think Im going to stay on the boat.

AP) SAO PAULO - A Polish priest accused of sexually abusing a former altar boy in Rio de Janeiro and turning his parish home into an "erotic dungeon" has surrendered and is now in police custody, a public safety official said Saturday.

State prosecutors have accused Marcin Michael Strachanowski of handcuffing the 16-year-old former altar boy to a bed three years ago in the parish house where the priest lived and threatening to kill the youth if he spoke of the abuse.

In another story from Arizona, but one that's attracting less attention than that state's check your documents anti-immigration law, a nun in Phoenix has been ex-communicated after approving a live-saving abortion. Sister Margaret McBride was excommunicated for approving an abortion without which, doctors say, both the woman and her 11-week-old fetus would have died. According to Thomas Olmsted, the Bishop of Phoenix, approving an abortion is an excommunicating offense -- period.

Wow, damned if you do and damned if you don't.

Was the nun supposed to let the baby and the mom both die? noway

She saved a woman's life.
