art my heart goes out to ya, i dont talk to my grown kids often but at
least one of them makes a point to call on fathers day and that meens
alot to me, take care!!

and worst case scenario bro, if everything else pans out (and I am not
saying it will, believe me I am living proof that fatehrs CAN win) then
remember you can always appeal ANY court order all the way up if
neccesarry. The days of courts automatically going witht he mother are
fewer and farther gone and they are continuing to dissapear, so
eventually you WILL have your angel with you, this I promise.
Just do like someone else suggested and keep notes on everything. And I
do mean EVERYTHING. If you have the money, hure someone to try and get
factual information about her if you have any reason to believe there is
something wrong that shouldnt be (as an example, mommy on drugs; and no
I am not suggesting she is, but mine was). ALl of this can be used in
court, and if you present enough evidence then eventually she will not
be able to win.
And sorry fact is, the fact that she lives with her parents only helps
her in a lot of eyes, because she has soemone else to take care of her
and pay the bills etc. She is able to use their life as a safety net to
suggest the angel is better off with her. It IS a bunch of BS and I
agree with you wholeheartedly.

Every time she said I couldn't see my daughter
Ever lame excuse
every time my ex called me and flipped out and then called and tried to
get me back
I kept notes of everything
I even have recordings of her flat out lieing
I keep really good records
When I do get my daughter I even write down everything that we do
I log everything her first steps and word
I keep all my receipts
everything
my lawyer has copies of all of this stuff
