Seriously? I love trying to explain to people what I do at school when they can't even plug their own computers in on their own! My best friend has to have me check her laptop weekly for issues

He's a partner @ a law firm that is our customer. The engineer asked him all these questions about what they want for their video conferencing system with out explaining anything to him. So lucky me who gets to play engineer/sales/purchasing/running the office all at the same time had to explain it in laymen's terms Usually we are dealing with the IT department at our customers but in this case we are their IT department
