My neighbor wife ask me to help her do some stuff this morning ... being the nice girl i am i told her yeah sure ... so i when over knocked on the door .. she yell come upstairs .. so i when .. .knock again she said come in ... walked in say her laying on the bed naked .. feeling Abit uncomfortable .. i asked what can i help you with ... she laughed then slowly walk over to me but i stood frozen ... then she told me she want me to do stuff to her .. she said i would like it .. and it will be our secret .. still frozen .. she kissed me and i ran home ... now she downstairs talking to my dad .:(

I'd say that you should just make sure everyone in your family knows you were not interested, and just don't offer to help her out in the future.
I guess I look at it as: She was too forward. She got rejected. She lost a person who cared enough to help her out. HER LOSS.  for her!
