Watching love stories, thinking of love, and my worries.

I know I will find her, but I now wonder what I would tell her.

I mean, sure it would all be true, but through that could I lose her

Here for years giving advice,helping others, who were thinking twice

Now finding out when I look back, Theres a lot about me, that I lack

Its been a long time since I opened my heart, to feel, that PART.

Many walls that kept me safe, many words spoken to help me escape.

Yea,,I know, IF they love you, their except you, all of you.

But what if they haven't had time yet to know you well enough.

And the all of me, and my past, and she feels my life to tough.

Then what shall I do once again, but turn inside, behind my walls.

Finding me feeling trapped and still alone, with no balls..

Attempts and failures curse some for life, its a hidden strife.

I haven't applied myself for so long, just that thought, feels wrong

Oh, sure I flirt and play on here, and I am always really sincere.

I just watched a movie where a man had many past women.

Then he was shown dying old, and all alone.

It was a movie, so he made it all work and, changed him.

I don't need to be changed, as my life's not that same way.

Yet many years ago it was my way, only ever wanting to play.

Now older and wiser my life rests on me, opened for her to see.

Its hell to be vulnerable, when you've always felt indestructible.

My always old and true, fate will be or not be, and I'll see..

your hidden strife...the one's you share with us, resound deeply. you're not the one to grow old alone... hope and take chances. learn from the pain.
