I'm not sure.. I have a feeling he jumped off my bed and twisted it... I have an appt at 2pm... I have to make him walk to the car and into the vet b/c I can't carry him...

 I told my boss last night that I'll work as long as he wants on Mon and Wed but from now on I'm leaving at 6 on Tues and Thurs to workout.. I can't get in a groove if I'm working until 8 or so every night...
