Well, todays workout was a little better than Tuesday nights, but I still should have done much better. Maybe Saturday I'll do half decent.
 
I did manage to lose 10 pounds this week though! 
I hope that when I gain it back, it's more muscle than fat next time around. We'll see.

Yeah, I think this workout is going to go pretty good as long as I stick with it. I guess now it's a good thing that I don't like the way I look, because atleast it will motivate me to keep up with it.
