When I was a kid I saw a Pink Panther cartoon and it was soo touching. The Pink Panther was starving. He was walking around town looking for food. He couldn't find any, right? A stray dog was following him around. He was starving too, see? Well...finally the Pink Panther finds a doughnut, right? He's all excited. He goes to eat it, but the stray dog is looking at him. He wants some too, see? The Pink Panther...after a moment of contemplation....decides to give the stray half of his doughnut! I know it sounds stupid...but I had to leave the room and cry. My sadistic sister follows me around saying..."What's wrong...?" Knowing perfectly well that I'm crying.....

When I was a kid I used to watch this programme about a dog "Benji" and he used to go around helping people out and then at the end he would just walk/run off into the distance. He didn't have a home to go to but he still helped everybody and put his life in danger.. That used to be a real tear jerker... Still is!

The Lost Weekend, when he trades his girlfriend's coat in for a gun and she's desperately trying to get him to drink whiskey so she can search the house for it. Every time I hear the line, "It's just that I'd rather see you drunk than dead." Yeah... it gets me.
