Try some of that Ocean nasal spray or saline nasal spray. If you've got a nasal thingy (whatever it's called) lol you can just mix a little salt water. Really helps. I was like that 2-3 weeks ago & someone suggested it & nothing else helped so I tried it & it did help. Netty Pots ... Worth their weight in gold!!! Use a lil baking soda w/ the sea salt ...

Also have a reusable bott;e one....put this packet of stuff in warm water....and sqirt it up ur nostril and let it run out the other side..and vice versa....I love it.... and ur nose feellllllllls so clean ! Come on we'll both be quirting stuff up our nose....u will be able "Breed" agai,..lmao

Sorry you feeling tough. Get well soon. That first round of spring colds or allergy crud is no fun for sure. Thankfully my doc is great about helping me with samples for some of my allergy medication. Hopefully the Easter Bunny will bring you new bed pillows that always helps my allergy relief effort.

I use Bounty paper towels. the quicker picker upper I blow holes right through Kleenexexexs unless I triple layer em I've been using Afrin nose spray but it quits workin after awhile. And if I use it too much it runs my blood pressure up the only relief I get is eating really hot jalapenos and that makes my nose run and my sinuses clear I prefer paper towels myself.
