If I do watch AI, I watch the auditions. Some moments can be hilarious.
DWTS, I can't stand the judge with the banshee-like, screeching voice. I tried to watch it several times, but when I hear that nails-on-a-chalkboard tone, I immediately change the channel. |

American Idol has more impressive 'amateur' talent. I love the DWTS professionals but the contest itself is FAR too based in popularity instead of actual talent. At least twice now the winners were nowhere near the best talent.
