These idiots did this with a child in the car? It just shows the integrity of those who hate Obama. Sad and disgusting. Some of the most vocal ultra-conservatives are fond of saying liberals and progressives have a mental illness. I wonder how they feel about the mental hygiene of people like the ultra-conservative guilty of this unprovoked attack? Even more curious-- what do they say is the first thing one might think about doing to defend against these attacks? Yep, give up your First Amendment right to appease the crazies. Knuckle under. Sounds an awful lot like Ayn Rand's Argument From Intimidation to me. What's so American about that? -Kerry O. |

These idiots did this with a child in the car? It just shows the integrity of those who hate Obama. Sad and disgusting. Interesting take.. I suggest you read this article and let's see if you make the same conclusions about the integrity of those that hated Bush.. Bumper sticker evokes road rage Her Bush-Cheney sticker sent him into a tirade that led to a dangerous car chase through the streets of Tampa. By SHANNON COLAVECCHIO-VAN SICKLER Published March 10, 2005 TAMPA - Politics has always been divisive, splitting families and turning friend against friend. This week, though, a Tampa woman learned that simple Bush-Cheney bumper sticker can bring trouble, if not danger, from a total stranger. Police say Michelle Fernandez, 35, was chased for miles Tuesday by an irate 31-year-old Tampa man who cursed at her as he held up an anti-Bush sign and tried to run her off the road. His sign, about the size of a business letter, read: Never Forget Bush's Illegal Oil War Murdered Thousands in Iraq. http://www.sptimes.com/2005/03/10/news_pf/Hillsborough/Bumper_sticker_evokes.shtml |

If he had left the scene of the accident, then called it in, wouldn't they have told him to go back to where it happened? That being said, I would never have gotten out of the car with a crazy person like that around. No, honestly they would find out where he is and come pay him a visit with the handcuffs. It's a felony to flee the scene of an accident. Yes, if he had just taken off and someone else had turned both of their info in, but if no one had, I really don't think the guy in the SUV would have, what's he going to say? I just committed like 10 crimes against this other guy and he didn't exchange info with me? The cops would deem it an acceptable alternative to what might and could have happened to not only himself, but his child, as long as he went straight to them and reported everything. actually, I believe this could be classified as an ASSAULT instead of a mere accident, and as long as he went to a police station to report it immediately,, he would have been ok |
