slipped on the ice back in January, feet went out and landed on my elbow, a$$ and head. saw stars

Yep.
Sept. 15th 2007. Slipped on some wet ground and broke my right leg. Broke my right femur from right above my knee to almost my hip. Got a pin in my leg and 4 screws in it. Spent 3 months in a wheel chair. 3 weeks in a rehab therapy facility. Had to go to therapy for 6 months after that. My right leg will never be the same. . |

Last week. The steps on the porch were wet and I slid off them, three from the bottom. @%@%^@$%!@!!!! Still showing the holes in my knees from the concrete.
I'm throwing that grit stuff in the paint, when I get it painted this summer. Effing damn steps. |

yep...slid off my satten sheets....went down hard...was in pain for a 2 weeks...
then during the past snow storm..fell on ice..thankfully fell into a chair outside..but pulled back muscles..hurt for another week... thank god it's spring......
