I often wonder if ppl just randomly see someone on the street and run up to them and ask for their number....never happens to me....apparantly I intimidate men!!!!

Yes! I would call him, if I were interested in getting to know him better. But when, would depend on the time...if I couldn't get away from what I was doing at the moment, I'd wait for a better time when I could devote all my attention to him. I don't think I'd wait anymore than a day or 2, especially if I were interested.
