In a relationship, is there always one who loves more than the other? Whether is alot or a little, are the scales always tipped for one more than the other?

it does seem like that. For my past, I've been both. I see it in other relationships, and sometimes it's hard to tell...

I don't think always,I do think maybe it can appear that way sometimes.. I do know that there are some who can appear even though..
