Precious just came out on DVD and cable movies on demand, so I watched it today. I would just like to hear some of your feedback on it....It was definitely a powerful movie.

I watched it awhile ago...found it to be...heart & gut wrenching in turns....

I picked it up yesterday. It's one of those movies that I have to watch alone because it's so sad and distressing to see. For too many people this movie is an everyday way of life

I can't watch movies about child abuse or anything similar. I heard it was very sad but well-done, I choose to take their word on that.

Luckily it showed brief clips of most of the abuse. It was still hard to watch and I totally can see why you wouldn't watch it. Not my usual choice of movies.....

Yeah, I can watch horror movies, as long as there's no torture. I don't mind monsters and stuff but anything like Saw, and I'm out. I tried watching House of Wax and had to leave 3/4 through it, ughhhhhhhhhhh....

I like a really GOOD comedy, because I love to laugh. The Hangover was pretty good. |

My parents went to see Precious when it came out. They said the movie made them depressed when they walked out the theater...they turned around and bought tickets to see The Blind Side. That made them feel better after seeing that movie.
