That is Moms Apple Pie and the cover was banned because the slice of pie is a Vag and the lady is licking her lips....I had a very large Rock & Roll store in Santa Cruz CA called..The Rock Garden and my collection of banned and strang covers were second to none....They are all gone except a few...This being one of them..
