Get rid of the shirtless pic; many women find those to be a turn off, myself included, and they won't take you seriously. The only time I want to see a man shirtless is if he's advertising swimwear or if he's my man and the pics belong to me. I'm not interested in a man who has displayed himself all over the net.

Add some more photos that clearly show your smiling face, to show that you're happy, welcoming and approachable. If you feel the need to add your bicycle, try one where you're on it, or at least next to it, otherwise, one wonders why it's there.

I also agree with the flash covering your face. Also, the bike makes me wonder if that's your only source of transportation or if you even have a car. Don't need a guy I've got to tote around! lol
