That is not what I remember. Theses were beef or chicken. Deep fried and covered with lettuce, tomato, onions, cheese, and salsa. Fried in a great breading Find something that fits this description and you will be on the right track

NEWS FLASH: Sopapilla Update!!! I remembered last night that they are also called Empanadas! Is that not utterly mind blowing in weighty significance of proportions unending! I'm absolutely reeling from the shock ... Stay tuned for updates, don't touch that dial! Chiclets for 5 cents ... I think there different sopapilla is thinner and not stuffed with anything.

ahhhhhhhhh..........very relaxing for a change!!!!!! no work........which i loved......and happens rarely!!!! got caught up on things around the house.......and took it easy! I never hear people say that they are glad the weekend IS OVER!!!
