More recently it has gotten where bullying and "shock" treatments have been worn out and hardly get noticed. So the circle has come back around to whispering, being courteous, even giving true customer service has become so rare that it now gets noticed. So the theroy has come full circle. Be nice you will stand out. Thus get more of what you want.
