You want to end illegal immigration?
Go after the people that give them jobs.

If it were only that easy. They have priorities right now, two wars and a crippled economy. IF we hit businesses in this bad economy and they have to pay living wages and provide benfits many will go under. It might seem obvious that with high umemployment it would be easy to fill the jobs but the time is not right.

Also the resources are not there, local police and for that matter many towns, cities and states are struggling to get by. How much in federal spending are we talking about? Do WE have the resources while fighting two wars.

It's a matter of time...just not now. First let's fix healthcare and the economy...and GTF out of these wars.

Priorities...

First lets fix government. Economy will then fix itself and fair health care can be hammered out with due caution.

Enforcing Immigration Law and capping the number of foreign workers can be done while waiting for Gov. to get fixed.

Department of Homeland Security doesn't have the job of repairing the economy. They are in charge of protecting our borders and applying the Immigration Law. They get paid whether they do that job or not.

There are other fed. agencies in charge of health care and fixing gov. That's not the DHS job.

Napolitano has orders not to do raids on businesses. That is not in the best interest of Americans without jobs or a way to provide for their families.

The argument that those who have lost their jobs are just lazy. That's pure unfounded BS.

Get the Illegal out and I'm sure, the hungry Americans would fill those jobs.

Illegals are being effected by job losses also... Do you really think that because they ain't legal they ain't people? They live here also and just like the rest of us when jobs get scarce they lose jobs also... Without the benefit of Unemployment checks to tide them over.

I dont think we need to solicit foreign employment until more americans are working,,,I think this would be a poor choice. But we will see how it plays out...

Illegal is just that. Not legal to be here and not legal to be working here.

Like a pedophile, they are breaking the law with their actions. If the Laws won't be enforced across the board, why enforce any?

Again, I state, Illegal Invading Immigration is not a victimless crime. Everyone suffers something.

all people who break laws are people and most understand they are breaking the law as well as the potential consequence.

Fixing the economy needs to come first before all the other rigamoroll.

So far so good, we are not in a depression, which is where we were headed.

Now we need to keep up the good work and get this economy on the upslide.

What part does Napolitano play in "fixing the economy"?slaphead offtopic

I do believe removing the Illegal and replacing them with Americans would help "fix the economy".
