My Sunglasses, you just never know when you'll need them on a sunny day even in winter. But the beaded neck band wraps around the mirror so it doesn't obstruct it and the sunglasses dangle below the dash so I think I'm ok. But if I ever get a ticket....I'll vent on mingle.
