I once had an incredibly huge hat collection, many vintage! My child would NOT leave the house w/out a hat until school forced it in 3rd grade! Gawd, she looked SO cute and had such a collection. Hats were like her version of a blinkie ... That is a Super Fly hat, JeffFree ...

Little girls should be able to wear hats whenever they wish. That's a shame. That hat is pretty cool. It was left behind by my ex. It was from her band days......
