Congress voted on the war in 2002 and Obama's US senate term was January 3, 2005 – November 16, 2008 |

hahahahaha what I hear is "we don't dictate how to live to anyone. And as soon as we can make em stop watching FOX they'll see that" Nobody cares about who watches Fox psuedo news. Just as long as they are aware it is not the factual. It is pure for entertainment purposes. My only issue is that they falsely advertise. |

They lie and Gov. backs 'em up. |

correct...he didn't vote against it because he wasn't a US senator at the time. As far as continuing funding, I'm unsure about that one (couldn't find a source) but the argument could be used that he is continuing the war and sending more troops over there.

The point was and still is that he was against it, now that he was given the war and has a drawdown date this year I think he's doing what he can to get out of the war the criminal created by going in in the first place... No he sent more troops to Afghanistan...a war I am against escallating but I think he's hoping to leave a somewhat stable government...that will probably fail and we can't keep spending money and losing lives so I hope he gets us out soon. "You break it, you bought it" Colin Powell after he lied for the Dippic to the UN.... |

Wait wait, aren't the Neocon base in suppport of staying in Iraq to further the military industrial complex? Not sure what side of the board you're playing on,...of course I know the Muslim hating MO from DH all too well to see the hypocrisy. GOPers will SAY ANYTHING these days. GOPers ignore the reality for the AM radio flavour of the week speak. President Obama plans to draw down 2/3 of the troops by August this year and leave approximately 50,000 troops in support and training roles with a total withdrawal by Dec, 2011. It remains to be seen if the Iraqi army can sustain once we leave but it's still a withdrawal plan rather than an escallation. Some believe we are leaving too many troops but it's an attempt at leaving Iraq stable. I do wonder how many pawn card users even know how to play chess... |

"You break it, you bought it" Colin Powell after he lied for the Dippic to the UN.... he wasn't givin a war. Nor did he inherit anything. If I recall correctly he wanted everything or else he wouldn't have ran in the election. I'm sick and tired of hearing he inherited or was givin this. If he didn't want the responsibility of runing this country he should get out of politics. He needs to man up and become a leader! Not a delegater. |
