OK, lets clear this up.. UK = England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland Britain = England, Scotland & Wales There is no single UK, or British accent. Now I'm more confused than ever... Thank you for that... and you seemed to be the only person in this thread who already knew! But now I don't know if I know anymore... You were right, you specified the accent you like. Britain/UK is a group of countries who all have entirely different accents. I was messin' with you darlin'.. But I did shake my head for a moment wondering if I knew what I thought I knew... grrrr. How dare you. Go to bed! But I'm not tired.. Besides, you did share something important... How is everything? You and yours doing well? |

Yea, the asian ones are to 4. Met a few at Niagara.
What I meant was, Indians that speak English that aren't fluent. If I went back home and spoke English and heard them reply in English, it'd be very "interesting." Had I gone to France, the outcome would B different I believe. I speak Hindi, It's a beaut of a language. My dominant fluency remains in English though. |

OK, lets clear this up.. UK = England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland Britain = England, Scotland & Wales There is no single UK, or British accent. I'm going to disagree with you there Dan, while I can understand what people from England say, I have no idea what people from Scotland are talking about.
