My son has always been the bbq'er.... Well as long as someone can handle the bbq you're good to go.

Yes but he's moving back to NJ when we go in March so I no longer have a griller...

I will see about doing that... I wonder if I can take a grilling class... I don't know why I'm so challenged at grilling... It's really not that hard. Mostly about using the right heat and timing.
