oh yeah... gravy has to be from scratch.. I did find a packet that is pretty good if you're in a hurry but it's far too salty.... Sounds like the same one I found. The flavor was there but the salt was over powering.

The flavor was there but the salt was over powering. Yeah too much.. I did try it again and added more milk and some flour but it still wasn't as good as homemade... Oh and chicken fried steak...

Tonight I just made healthy broiled chicken.... My son says the spices were bomb so at least he didn't mind the healthy part... lol

Well actually I like most chicken dishes. I just hate taking the necessary time to cook chicken when it's just me.

Chicken is far from my favorite but you can do a lot with it... I prefer a nice juicy steak but can't have that all the time... Pork isn't bad but it has it's limits as well..

I love taking a good pork loin and seasoning it like it was a steak and throwing it on the bbq.
