Does a body good. I've lost 5 lbs in about 2 weeks.
 Can't wait for a warm-up. At least riding the horse will be a better way to go about it. |

stress sends me into an attack....just came out of one. I want to live in a cave I could real easily do the hermit thing. Always have been able to.  Stress tends to take it off me, and generally it's a matter of not losing to much. Right now it's helping since it's winter and I don't work as hard. LOL! |

just make sure it isnt muscle-tone you are losing,eyh..
stress doesnt seem like the ideal weight loss program... Hope everything works out for you and your animals.. |

Yeah, I'm going to go drag out the small weights. I'll be alright if Texas actually would start warming up, as I actually do have things to do that are physical, but it's todang cold for my liking. Depending on your age stress can make you gain weight... Stress has given me a couple of ulcers, and high blood pressure so I'm thinking it's not that great...

Stress is poison to me...and I DO the hermit thing cuz' of it. It's not a bad life though....

Depending on your age stress can make you gain weight... Stress has given me a couple of ulcers, and high blood pressure so I'm thinking it's not that great... I've been lucky there. Though I have been having to pop more antacids. I think some of that is from being up at night with work, and nibbling through the night, because I don't have it when I can sleep at night. |
