Whichever works best for you, everyone is different in their physical limitations and the ability to build muscle/cardio.

What's a bu?

I was trying to figure that out, but I think it is Chinese or something, and that is outside of my language knowledge.

I did some googling. Bu means "suck" in Vietnamese. Still doesn't make sense though

He means butt... Tell you what gave me a butt... Eat two double cheeseburgers every day from McDonalds for lunch. After a month... Your butt will stick straight out... Lol!

Run, Lift weights, and Swim.

Running is just great for the lower body and cardiovascular
system. The most effective hip exercises as far as a workout
goes for me are leg presses (low reps and heavy weights),
Smith machine squats and exercise ball hip raise (lie on back
with heels on a large exercise ball and raise your hips).

Kicking exercise in the pool is another great exercise which
if combined with arm motion will nicely balance the workout.

All that said, the hips are one area where there is just a
great deal of variation due to genetic body shape - some of
us have large round hips naturally and that is why we have to
have darted pants. Others just have slimmer hips which is
just fine. Many track stars have the large hips genetics because
it is an advantage in several track and field sports. Swimmers
tend towards a naturally slim hips build - not because of the
swimming excercise, rather it is an aerodynamic streamlining
advantage in competition.
