Some will swear that body language will tell all. But.....reality of it is even then you can not base what you think about another completely on just that.
They say those that will not look you in the face is lying. False I have known some so shy they could not look you in the face due to the way they were brought up and made feel as if they were not worthy to speak. They say those that fidget a lot is trying to avoid others. False I know some that are so wired and always need to be doing something that sitting or standing in one place drives them bonkers. When it comes right down to it one that can lie with the best can look you straight in the face with no remorse. One should base what they perceive of others more so with the actions they do in the end not how they stand, twitch or a look they give you. Sure there are times you just have a gut feeling they are not who or what they say never ignore those gut feelings they are there for a reason.
