Can't wait to try it.And you did it in the crock pot right?

I had to, but you can cook the chicken in a fry pan, and saute the onions there to. I precooked the noodles then transfer them just at then end.

I bet I could bake the chicken in the oven too ,couldn't I?

I would think so. But the long slow cooking did add much favor. I will let you know soon how the left overs are a day later.

Have you ever has a friend on here that made you feel like your friednship was just as important to them as it was to you, only to find out you really mean nothing to them at all?
How do you handle this?

Call me silly, but ... HOW can you consider ANYONE you meet thru an online forum discussion a 'friend' ... ? That's a stretch. Maybe they can be an 'electronic acquaintance' or an 'online chat buddy' or something like that, but a FRIEND ... ? Sorry, but no. Friendship is built up over the years thru contact and activities shared together. That ain't a happenin' thing online. This is a world of nothing more than electrons being re-shuffled on a computer screen in multiple rooms at the same time. It's kinda like 'TRON' without the meanie. I don't ever regard anyone I meet in a forum as a 'friend' ... perhaps someone who shares similar values or opinions, but that's as far as it'll ever go. Besides, 99% of the time they don't even live close to me. 'Friend' ... no, this is a clear misuse of the term. You're setting yourself up if you continue to think of these online acquaintances as flesh-and-blood friends. There's a difference.

here we go again. Sigh.spock whoa

If at first you don't succees try and try again.
This is the third time you tried to convince us we can't have friends on here...sorry but it aint happening.
Wheteher the people I have met on here are friends , acquaintances, or aliens from outer space doesn't matter to me cause I know we all have a deep caring and affection for each other.
I feel bad for you that you haven't experienced this for yourself.

I'm not trying to convince anyone of anything. Self-delusion is what it is. I've experienced REAL-LIFE (meaning 'non-electronic') friendship, so I'm ahead of the power curve when it comes to experiencing it for myself. What you experience is up to you, and it doesn't affect my life or relationships one way or the other. My point is simply that this is NOT what 'friendship' is about. This is PLAY. But, everyone deludes themselves in the way they find most comfortable. Enjoy that warm comfy blanket of unreality ...
Well as I said it is a start then you go from there. I think most people have experienced having friends off the net too.

I think this is one of the nicest ways to meet people without the stress. It was hard for me at first, felt akward but saw (read) how relaxed yall were and that made me feel silly (relaxed) also. Maybe he wants to join in but won't let down his gaurd. (don't mean to be talking about someone when they're not here)

well...he did say call him silly, so I willlaugh  .
Methinks he wants to join in. Yes, why would a person be on a site if they're not looking? I get better impressions of people here than in real person, (not that I meet eligible:tongue: bachelorslaugh ) because people here seem to really think about what they're going to say before acquiring foot in mouth syndrome. It appears to be rare here, except for a known few.smokin

I would like to know why people who get to know others online are delusional, but a person who comes here just to play others is healthy???
