Thinking about how to phrase a paper on the basis of homosexuality/gender identity.
Fun fun. I hate writing papers... |

I'm thinking of a way to commit sonic terrorism, millions of watts, and really deep pumping bass. Pump up the volume!

Most city ordinances prohibit sound above a threshold intensity from trespassing over property line at night, typically between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., and during the day restricts it to a higher sound level; however, enforcement is uneven. Many municipalities do not follow up on complaints. Even where a municipality has an enforcement office, it may only be willing to issue warnings, since taking offenders to court is expensive.
The notable exception to this rule is the City of Portland Oregon which has instituted an aggressive protection for its citizens with fines reaching as high at $5000 per infraction, with the ability to cite a responsible noise violator multiple times in a single day. Many conflicts over noise pollution are handled by negotiation between the emitter and the receiver. Escalation procedures vary by country, and may include action in conjunction with local authorities, in particular the police. Noise pollution often persists because only five to ten percent of people affected by noise will lodge a formal complaint. Many people are not aware of their legal right to quiet and do not know how to register a complaint. Yep, still a 9 to 5 society, no, everyone's in bed by 10 and awake at 6? Is that how society is supposed to be, or are we 24 hours yet? If we have to deal with jackhammers, trucks, sirens, and other noise pollution at 2 PM, then surely you won't mind the club music at 2 AM. Sorry cops, go bark up another tree. |

If rules were equally applied, and we were all judged by the WORST choice we ever made regardless of how many wonderful choices we made,,,,,,by the time my life is done,, what will I be remembered for?

A few phone calls made to P-Diddy, Nate Dogg, Snoop, Blue Man Group, Usher, Eminem, Cube, and Akon and a few million dollars spent on super subwoofers and amps, we can have Megabomb 2010 in Westminster and throw the loudest concert ever.

I passed up a good opportunity to maybe let someone know I was interested in them and it slipped away. I'm replaying it in my head wondering what I could have done different.

I want to skate the hills in San Francisco. Awesome trip bro, ever been? Those hills are massive, if you get in with a small group of skaters they will do death races with you. Good times. |
