Awww so its a bit of both.He went suddenly right? VERY suddenly...in the morning he went to exercise class, and was singing songs and telling jokes. Right after lunch he couldn't catch his breath suddenly, and his heart stopped. PERIOD. I wasn't ready for him to be gone, but the good news is that he didn't suffer...he was gone practically instantly.
