piece of advice you've ever taken? In my teens, I took four hits of acid so the cops wouldn't find it in my jeep....bad move! I forgot to add my friend told me to do it!

Deaths of family members at a very young age:

"Time will heal you!"

Whatta crock ... ohwell ... Said to make the sayer feel better, wise ... Pure BS!

EACH year is yet another w/out the ones you love the VERY most on Earth, a desolate heart break that only increases as you age ...

... I counsel in a wholly other, truthful manner.

my friend an I at the age of ten were out playing by some garbage cans

She took a 7up bottle out of the can and told me to drink some

Turned out

It was some kind of cleaning fluid

6 days in the hospital with a burnt throat

the advice that cheaters never change that played a part in deciding to leave my first marriage, marriage of my youth, and my best friend.

In hindsight, I believe enough counseling could have gotten us through it, I know that we genuinely loved each other(still do).

Honestly, as much as i believe things happen for a reason...
taking the advice to move to Utah over 10 years ago when i got divorced
has got to be the worst advice i ever had.

I don't take advice or deal with peer pressure.
I make my own choices, so there is nothing that I have done
that I can say in this thread what

Edit...I was wrong. When I was married and all of my friends kept telling me to "wait until he was 30 and things would change".

They did change, for the worse laugh
