Maybe you could lighten your school load, drop a class or two, it may be early enough to get a refund. You could then make them up either online or during the summer?
Or simply do what you were planning to do now instead of 3 wks from now, pretend you took a time jump. If you start feeling stressed, quick relaxation tech -deep breathing, quick yoga stances to get grounded. You know your breaking point and will be surprised how much you can endure before you even get close to it.

Take one day at a time. Don't over think it or over do it. Just what you can handle that day. You'll make it. Summer will be here faster than you know it. I wouldn't put off school.

Thanks guys.

I have put this off for 22 years. I know it sounds selfish, but I don't want to give up something that I have wanted for a long time.

Dont put off school. Realize this, in a couple of weeks the kids wont need so much help with your grandson. You will be able to cut back on drives out there and they will be able to drive to see you. Next let some of the small stuff go. Ya know, like dusting the drapes or what ever you see fit. Set aside an hour for you. Take a hot soak in the tub and rest your mind. Before you know it things will be back to your regular orginized self. You will catch up on things.
