My kids(my teen and my friends teens) went to see Sherlock Holmes reluctantly with my friends husband and they came home saying they loved it,,,so it might be worth the small fortune the theaters are charging these days,,lol

I hit the matinee. Runs about $5.00 and I usually only see about 5-10 people tops in there, especially on a weekday.

Will have to say I was irked at the $7.00 price for Avatar 3D because no mention was made of that little increase.

Sherlock looks good, and I've been in the mood for some gratuitous violence anyways. LOL!

Its quite expensive here,,they have something called IMAX which you usually pay about one dollar fifty extra for and then if you have to use 3d glasses they charge another buck fifty AND expect you to return them after the movie.....movies have to be REALLY good for me to spend that money, otherwise we wait for the dvd and hit the gold old Redbox.
