i dont know what it is, woke up at 2 AM the other day and never did get back to sleep I was awake every hour last night...napping in between. It is not unusual for me to wake up at 3:30 and be up for the day. Not sure what causes it, it's frustrating.... but as long as it's not every night, I call it good....
