Does it make you sleep? Or just mellow you out? I swear I need one of these when I fly....whheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee..... They make me feel sleepy. Are you flying?

I can't sleep unless I'm exhausted. Otherwise I lie there and think. However, I might have happy thoughts tonight, but still, there's other stuff I'd like to do first...

a friend called me out of the blue yesterday crying! but i was there for her i gave her great relationship advice she was better today.
