The topic was locked and I wanted to reply to the last post. How frustrating and inconvenient. Mr_Music said:

"I've noticed that when posting a link, it is not possible to insert a title in the middle of the URL. It worked when I first tried it the other day, but the following day, it wouldn't. It just took me to the homepage of the site I was trying to link to. At this point, I guess it's only possible to post the URL itself.

Coincidentally, a link doesn't work exactly as it should. Clicking on a link DOES take you offsite, but not in a separate window, like it should. Is this a way to prevent eating up bandwidth, or what?"

My reply is that in html, there's a way to do it. Type target="blank" inside of the first portion of code. The link will open in a different tab. But I don't know if that's a BBcode that's been activated.

I also wanted to ask if it's possible to use a code for different fonts. I'm guessing colors and sizes are about it, but thought I'd ask anyway. Thanks! bigsmile

Hi, BlueEyedAriesGuy. In the stuck topic for BBcodes, what you see is pretty much what you get in terms of availability on these forums. It was not meant to be a comprehensive HTML duplication, and we might even add more BBcodes in the future. The one thing that is not listed is the code to customize a link, as shown in the example below:

[*url=http://www.google.com]takes you to Google[/url*] will result in the follwing, if you remove the *s:
takes you to Google

I will add this right now to the post in question, actually.

It's not possible to use other fonts. As you guessed, only size and color can be adjusted.

As for the sticky topic in question, it was locked so that we could address questions more easily. In long threads, the occasional question tends to get overlooked.
