Topic: First Move | |

I like this whole theory. However, I do have a question and I didn't read the entire thread. What if you make the first move and things go well. How do you proceed from there? Still the same schedule? There's a waiver you can fill out if something actually works. I may need that waiver. Can you email it to me Once it gets through Legal and Accounting, sure! |

Hey! You can't get away with THAT. I insist that you practice what you preach! Tomorrow is an even day. Therefore you must initiate contacts starting at midnight. Please post statistics on replies generated and meetings consummated. This will be important input for our contact tracking survey to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed even/odd method. I wish I could, but President Obama was so impressed by my solution to this baffling dilemma that he has now instructed me to solve 63 other problems of major importitude. Aside from which, we already know what happens when I send out e-mails. I have a worse success rate than the Space Shuttle. |

You are such a tease Lex Well, conceptually, I suppose. In real life I'm more of a recluse! |

I say throw all the rules in the air and if you like someone just say so. Contact them first, if you dont someone else will beat you to them.

And pffffffffffffffffffft the women getting the odd days But if you give the men the odd days, they will just complain about being nice AND odd. Okay you have a good point there.... |

There is no rule, but to have some style and a connection, first moves start from the first words spoken together...If a person is thinking if they should make the first "move" on a date, then there brain is not concentrating on the things that matter where leading up to a kiss or touch is involved, everything leads up to something. But worrying about it leads to a lonely night:)

I talked briefly with someone today and he was hot I was totally unprepared and did not even think to read his name badge. The situation was not right for asking someone out but if I see him again I will do it, ask him out that is.

Sure I want a date with the RIGHT person. I think it is easy to date but you could do that forever with men that do not hold your interest in any capacity. Darn I should have made a move on that guy today

Reluctance with no ambition leads to just a lonely life, taking a chance, and getting in the game is better than waving a banner feebly on the sideline hoping you matter...in lamens, put up or shush up.
