Does Rudy "mr 9 11" Guliani have short term memory loss? In this segment, Rudy claims America had no domestic attacks under BUsh yet there's been one under Obama. Not only does he forget about 9 11, but the anthrax attacks and the shoe bomber as well.

Well, he's partially correct since 9-11 and the anthrax were inside jobs but not the shoe bomber. But maybe he slipped up and has gone senile...and accidently (almost) told the truth.

He also said 1 in 5 people released from Gitmo are back to terrorist activities....gee Rudy WHO released them? Most all were released under the Dippic.

Inside job or not an inside job, it's still a domestic attack. We have more to fear from the likes of men ( or should I say animals) like Cheney than anything overseas in my opinion. Really what is the worst threat? People who hate us from afar, or people who LIVE HERE and hate us just as much?

The Domestic attack he is referring to is the FT HOOD shooting.

"of or pertaining to one's own or a particular country as apart from other countries".

Hasan was born in the United States. Therefore, by the definition above he is a domestic terrorist.

If you watch the interview in it's entirety, which is also available on youtube, you will see he was talking explicitly about Islamic/domestic terrorism.

The underwear bomber, the shoe bomber, the nut that sent the anthrax did not fit into this discussion. Yes, the anthrax nut was an American and he did commit an act of domestic terrorism. However, was not a Muslim.

As a stretch, I suppose you could claim that Mohammed Reza Taheri-azar be considered a domestic terrorist even though he was born in Iran. If I recall correctly he became a US citizen at some point before he drove his SUV into a crowd of students at the UNC campus.

Either way, he is closer to correct than SENILE.

Pfft...dude, that distinction don't hunt, I mean "ice" spin but overall Ms Rudy is implying that the Dippic kept us safe and it's President Barack Hussien Obama that let our guard down, the "the left is weak on defense" deal...played out...lame. I served... a few extra rings in my stump but I'd still fight.. .Uh Rah! I am a left wing warrior!...But yet I am against starting wars based on lies just to kill something...I must be a rationalist as well.

The truth is it's the RW and their Neo-con agenda that failed and made the US and the world less safe....and of course left us bankrupted. What a clusterphuck...thanks!

~~~
Did someone say Rudy?...you RW morality prescribers might want to know that Rudy is a crossdressor...heh.
I think I saw him on DH once...
Can't hang eh? I didn't even pull out the abortion clinic attacks that are also "domestic terrorism"...here are a few events. I guess these may also be considered as Christian extremists terrorist attacks as well..
"December 12, 2005: Patricia Hughes and Jeremy Dunahoe threw a Molotov cocktail at a clinic in Shreveport, Louisiana. The device missed the building and no damage was caused. In August 2006, Hughes was sentenced to six years in prison, and Dunahoe to one year. Hughes claimed the bomb was a “memorial lamp” for an abortion she had had there.
September 13, 2006 David McMenemy of Rochester Hills, Michigan crashed his car into the Edgerton Women's Care Center in Davenport, Iowa. He then doused the lobby in gasoline and then started a fire. McMenemy committed these acts in the belief that the center was performing abortions, however Edgerton is not an abortion clinc.[23]
April 25, 2007: A package left at a women's health clinic in Austin, Texas contained an explosive device capable of inflicting serious injury or death. A bomb squad detonated the device after evacuating the building. Paul Ross Evans (who had a criminal record for armed robbery and theft) was found guilty of the crime.
May 9, 2007: An unidentified person deliberately set fire to a Planned Parenthood clinic in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
December 6, 2007: Chad Altman and Sergio Baca were arrested for the arson of Dr. Curtis Boyd's clinic in Albuquerque. Altman’s girlfriend had scheduled an appointment for an abortion at the clinic."
Invictus, Im confused about your post ,, you stated these two things regarding domestic terrorism
"of or pertaining to one's own or a particular country as apart from other countries
Yes, the anthrax nut was an American and he did commit an act of domestic terrorism. However, was not a Muslim. "
Do domestic attacks not count unless they are muslim?
