It seems to me that being a single father with two children and 39 fast approaching 40, means you might never find a nice woman for a date , much less a serious relationship. I have been divorced 7 years and it just seems that way to me.

Yes...trust me...there are good women out there (in their 40's) that are looking for a nice, stable man. Don't give up hope yet :D

I think you have an excellent chance of finding someone. You just have to keep a positive attitude and be self confident. Women smell insecurity, it's not your age at all. It's the same for women if a man feels that you are desperate they haul *** lol.

I am 36 & have only been divorced recently and I'm wondering if I will find anyone. It's hard when you have kids to meet, etc.
I will be alone on 4th of July all the way thru the 8th, with no kids & no one to be with.
So I'm sure you are probably in better shape than I am.
