Sure it's easy for people to shrug their shoulders now when it's just heavyweights, but where is the line drawn? I think this is only the beginning of a discriminatory country club. |

They already have those....h-date.com...only for those with herpes... gay's only...why would they allow women to join? BBW's only....why would they allow someone that doesn't fit with the site... oh and their are dating sites for specific races as well...i haven't seen white only(yet) because frankly I think THAT would be a controversy(which I wouldn't agree with) but they do have 'black' only, 'asian' only and etc |

you leave out the fact that the dating site is for "hot" people only.

THEY didn't boot anyone off, you put a profile up and you are VOTED in by other people on the site over 48 hours...if you're rating is not high enough you are not granted membership. Someone got their feelings hurt boohoo it's a free country and their are many sites find a different one |

ok, I need to add something.....I just read this site's terms of service.. THEY didn't boot anyone off, you put a profile up and you are VOTED in by other people on the site over 48 hours...if you're rating is not high enough you are not granted membership. Someone got their feelings hurt boohoo it's a free country and their are many sites find a different one I was wondering, because the OP wasnt specific. If this was a screening process to BECOME a member or whether those already approved for (and paying for) membership were later kicked off for gaining weight,,,, |

Just because the site states it is "for" a certain type of person doesn't mean they really discriminate. Meh, their site, their rules. Same as here. Why are people so offended? Nobody gets offended at other dating sites geared towards a certain demographic. If someone doesn't want you, why do you want to be a part of it anyway? I've been deemed "unfit to date" on several sites. Shocking, I know cause I'm so demure.
 BTW, Do they have a forum? I need a new playground to victimize. Nothing like taunting people that are full of themselves.

but you can't force a group to accept people who don't adhere to the purposes of that group you can't force the Boy Scouts to accept gays you can't force the Girl Scouts to accept 50 year old men you can't force the VFW to accept non-veterans so if they spell out their membership requirements you can't force them to accept people who don't meet those requirements While true, if they are getting public money to run their institution, you can sue and probably win to have their public funding cut. -Kerry O. |

My issue is weight is not a gauge for beauty.
There are beautiful people in this world who are not thin and shouldn't be thin, it is just not for them to be. |
