Fried bologna -- you guys are just messing with me because I am a fitness freak.

I don't believe anyone would fry fat and sodium made of lips and buttholes and eat it!!

I don't even think they sell bologna in California. It's against the law.

Nope. No joke at all, Melody.

The bologna made by a Michigan company < Koegel's > is the BEST EVER for frying. bigsmile

By the way, I don't know if you sent an answer to my question, but if you did. ..I didn't get it due to an email glitch.

I have decided (for the new year) to change the way/type of foods I eat. Proccesed foods out, whole foods in. Fresh fruits, Fresh veggies, Not a lot of overcooking things. LOTS of good fish (love fish, but sooo expensive in MT) but not breaded (yuk). The old self used to love grilled cheese (cheddar + prov.) with the fried bologna and a fried egg, add a litte mustard and yummmmm. For 2010, off the menu tears Anyone got a good heathy substitution? (trying to stay away from corn, soy and dairy too, Ugh)
