Resolutions are usually made on a drunkin' whine on one night of the year... But what are some goals that you have failed to obtain that you are hoping to do so this year? Mine... loss weight (been working on this one for years!) and meditate more (recent goal that I haven't been consistant on). Lose weight? nah ... I'd just like mine to go away and never come back

Studies have shown that people who wrote their resolutions down on paper were the ones who achieved their goals. For example;If losing weight is your objective,then be specific about the amout you would like to lose and when you would like to reach that goal. The simple act of writing down your goals is the first step towards your achievement.
I am using the weight loss subject as an example here. Five years ago I wanted a way to stay in shape (I'm not too good on diets) joining a gym was too much like hard work for me (not to mention too expensive) a chance conversation with a friend gave me the answer. I don't live too far away from my work place, I ditched my car and took to walking to and from work, I also dance to my favourite dance tracks .......infront of the mirror.
