why is it when i ask somene to be friends and they add me on their friend list and when they are on ill ask them how they doing and they never answer me back why is that?

The "list" is completely irrellevant bro. You will know for a fact if they are friends long before the list thing comes up.

Friendships are earned.

But, are you sure these friends are even on? I sometimes go days without being here...jump on and find my mail box full.

What one considers as a friend.. might not be a friend to another!

There are "friends" and there are "MySpace friends."

Then they are not really friends. I routinely go through my "friends" list and delete people.

Don't know but honestly if I send and e-mail and I know they read it and never answer me after at least 2 of them just to give them the benefit of the doubt. Well after they have had their chance you want find them on my friends list anymore.


But then I go through mine every so often anyway and delete those off that I never talk to either in the forums or through e-mail.

I have DROPED MANY on here off my friends list because after six months,,,if they have NEVER wrote me to say anything,,,bye,wink,lol

My aunt is on my friends list. I see her on and off line at different times. I know for a fact she cant get on mingle because she forgot her password. So I am guessing that the people are "on" their computer and havent logged off mingle so it shows that they are on mingle. But they really are not.

That is all true, but I usually don't agree to be friends with
someone unless I have spoken with them in the forums first.

That's what I do. People come and go around here and you may be friendly with someone for a while, but then you or they move on. No biggie.

Some see it as a numbers game. I actually hide who is on my friends list.

People send me friend requests all the time. I only add people that I've actually talked to in email a few times first.
