There is a window in time that you can remove content/edit a post... after that it remains... unless like Quiet said.. you can get a mod to do it.. but they generally do not unless the content is against forum rules.

If it has been too long for you to edited the post and it is really something you feel should not be posted. You can contact a Mod and explain to them what the problem is they will in fact make the decision at that time.
