Your cat is trying to tell you that perhaps at 31 , a headboard and furniture would be in order. That's how my cat interprets it.

My cat looks at me with wide eyes and purrs...then looks at my sis when I am not looking and glares at her. She tells me and I look back at Tomasina and she again looks at me with the wide eyes

My cat talks (meows) to me incessantly. Especially when I first get up in the morning. I have begged her not to do this before I've had my coffee to no avail.
